2019 Lifeguard Camp
This mini-camp is designed for older Scouts BSA, Venturers and adult leaders wishing to become BSA and/or Red Cross Lifeguards. Participants must be 15 years old or older, registered in a Scouts BSA Troop or Venture Crew, and have the basic skills required for swimming, rowing, canoeing and lifesaving. This is a dual-certification class, with participates also completing requirements for Red Cross Lifeguard. The combined class will require about 30 hours to complete.
Course begins Thursday with check-in at 6 pm. Course continues with morning, afternoon and evening sessions through Sunday afternoon. You will also need to attend Summer Camp at WRSR in July to complete your hours for Lifeguard.

Participants will need to provide a copy of their
Health Form, parts A B & C to the medic officer once arriving at camp.
