Instructor:  Grace Major is an expert in managing customer relationships.  She is an author and the leader of a series of training programs to improve customer relationships and service quality.  She is the founder of Sigma International (Fairfax, VA).  She is a graduate of Michigan State University and served as a fellow at Princeton University.
