Holy Cow Smokers is a ministry whose purpose is to spread our love for Christ through sharing our faith and food with people we meet.  By outreaching to our communities near and far, we will continue to grow the reach of God's Word and our ministry's work.  We hope that the people we share our faith, food, and love for Christ with, will be transformed into missionaries we have become by continuing to do God's work.Financial Support for LOG HCS

Disaster Relief to Houston

#1 RULE OF DISASTER RESPONSE:  Be flexible and patient.

The Holy Cow Smokers Disaster Relief and Lamb of God Lutheran Church in partnership with the Texas District - Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, and Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (GDLC) Houston would like to invite you to volunteer your precious time, September 14 - 17. Our volunteers will spread the mercy and love of Jesus Christ to the community by preparing and distributing hot BBQ meals throughout the affected area. Volunteers will be needed to prepare and distribute the meals, and provide spiritual care.

If you are not able to travel to Houston to assist on-site, please consider a financial donation to support the Holy Cow Smokers Ministry.  We are also in need of cookie/brownie donations.  Contribute or Sign Up by clicking on the appropriate button below.  Feel free to come to LOG on Thursday morning to help load the vehicles and send us off with your prayers.

You do NOT have to be LERT certified or be a Certified Food Handler.
