Making Business Process Management and Analysis part of your RIM Toolkit

This session covers business process management (BPM) and business process analytics (BPA), and how to use them as a records management tools.  It is essential for records managers to not only understand how and where records plug into business processes, but also how to leverage BPA to help in measuring effectiveness against stated program objectives.  Focus  will be on helping the audience (records management professionals) learn how to understand business processes better, including requirements for the different departments they serve.
