Attend this hands-on workshop to learn about trends in global foodservice, demand for US food & beverage products in international markets, resources available for small business exporters, and strategic advice to get started in exporting or growing your current export sales.  The workshop will include presentations from Euromonitor International, the Illinois Department of Agriculture , and Food Export Midwest, as well as a panel discussion highlighting opportunities for IL food & beverage products globally.  You’ll also have the opportunity to set up one-on-one consultations with the speakers and other export resources to get assistance in preparing, marketing, and selling your products internationally.

Speakers include:

-          Paul Weiss, Senior Liaison, Food Export Midwest

-          Aric Saulka, Regional Manager, Euromonitor International
