Massachusetts PTA Health Summit-Exhibitor/Vendor 

Exhibitors/Vendor Information:

• Exhibitors/Vendors will set up October 21^st between 6:30 -7:30am for the day which ends at 2pm.  We ask that vendors are set up by 7:30 am and that each of you remains open until the conference closes at 1:45pm. There will be special parking for vendors and workers.
• Hotel rooms are available at very reasonable rates for Thursday night especially during the autumn “Leaf Peeping” season.”
• There will be a cost of $150.00 for table and two chairs
• A vendor map will be sent/e-mailed to you by Friday, October 7 with your table location
• If you need a booth number or spot number for your state tax information please let us know and we will provide that with your confirmation.
• If you need a power supply, please let us know immediately as they are limited in number.
