Creative Explorations
During our time together we will explore our creative selves through bookbinding, gel plate printing, ZentangleŽ, collage, and art journaling! You will have unlimited opportunities to explore mixed media tangling through collage, layering, colour, paper decorating and stamped imagery. Elaine will teach you how to use paint, pan pastels, stencils and and more to get outstanding and sometimes surprising background papers with the gel plate. Then we will make our books! No fear as Cherryl can guide all of us (even the beginner!).Then the fun begins with collage techniques, creating windows through the layers and string enhancements that beg to be tangled.  You will love all the options for exploration. And most of all, you will discover how much fun it is to make books and how wonderful it is to spend concentrated time with like-minded artists just being creative in a beautiful setting.
