Project Transportation 

Your GSA understands that relocating to a new city can be exciting and challenging! To make it a bit easier the GSA has a created a pilot project this year for transportation from the Airport to your new residence (or the University). The service will be offered ONLY through the week of August 19th-25th, 2019, and will cost students $27.00 CND. Transportation will be offered three times per day- 8:00 am, 2:00 pm, and again at 8:00 pm. In saying that, the GSA will try and schedule your transportation as close to your flight time as possible. 
                                                                                                                                                                                   
If you are interested in this service, please fill out the registration link below. Please note you will be asked to pay a $10.00 deposit; however, should you not choose a date and time that is not popular (no other Graduate Student is arriving at the same time) the GSA will send a REFUND* email noting that we could not accommodate the request and as such we would refund your money in FULL and you will have to find your own transportation.
                
          If we are able to accommodate your request will be sent a CONFIRMATION* email indicating when and where you will be picked up along with information pertaining to your ride. Only upon receiving your confirmation email will you be asked to pay in full. 
                                                                                                                                                                               
*PLEASE NOTE ALL REFUND OR CONFIRMATION EMAILS WILL BE SENT THE WEEK OF AUGUST 5TH, TO ALLOW YOU SUFFICIENT TIME TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. 
Additional Information: 
  • Refunds can be issued on deposits; however, NO refunds will be issued after the fare is paid in full. No exceptions will be granted (including if your flight is late or canceled), as the GSA has to prepay for the service and can not make any alterations. No alternative transportation will be offered. 
  • This opportunity can only be taken by students who are being dropped off in one of the following four cities wards:- 13, 1,2, or 3.
