Richard Love  is the founder and owner of TI Associates, Inc a Norfolk based company that specializes in the fabrication and installation of window coverings and cubicle curtains for healthcare facilities and commercial buildings. This company serves clients throughout the U.S. During the course of a 50 year business career, Richard's experience ranged from selling securities and futures contracts to selling commercial products and services.

For  more than 30 years, Lee Mednikow led sales, marketing and management teams gaining distribution for popular publications ranging from TV Guide and People to For Rent Magazine and Harmon Homes in leading retailers such as Wal-mart, Kroger Publix and Safeway to name a few. Lee's company, Dominion Distribution, also sold national advertising programs to AOL, General Motors, Gerber, Proactiv and Yellow Pages among others. Lee grew Dominion Distribution to $80 million in revenue serving 80 markets across the country. 

Tom Vaughan is the Chair of the Hampton Road SCORE chapter.Tom lead a family-owned specialty construction contractor, Burgess Snyder, which works with city, state and federal governments and commercial property owners in the southeastern U.S. Over the years, this business did more than $50 million in sales with commercial property owners.
