38th Annual Midwest Musky Classic 

Come catch the big one in Phelps, Wisconsin this fall! Compete for your chance to win a grand prize of $1200 and a Lax Replica of your winning musky! October 5th - 7th. 

We are pleased to invite you to the 38th Annual Midwest Mskcy Classic to be held on Lac Vieux Desert, Big Sand Lake, and North and South Twin Lakes in Phelps. The entry fee for this long-standing big fish tournament is only $85, and included an event hat, Sunday lunch and 3 days entry for the Big Fish of the Day prize.

The catcher of the biggest fish will be awarded $1200 cash, along with a Lax Replica of the winning fish. 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded $800 and $600 respectively. Big Fish of the Day prize amounts will be determined by the number of participants. Back by popular demand, grand prize winners are eligible for Big Fish of the Day.

Fishing will take place on Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm and on Sunday from 7 am to 11 am, with the tournament luncheon to follow at 12 pm at the Phelps Fire Hall. Participants are encouraged to attend to partake in the raffles and have a chance at several drawings.
