Michael  W. Brooks, Esq. is a 20 year, California-licensed tax attorney.  Michael is the President of Domestic and International Real Estate Closing Tax Services ("DIRECTS") (www.directsllp.com), a company which focuses exclusively on preparing the tax forms required of non-U.S. sellers of U.S./California real estate. He has offices in Arcadia and Palm Desert.

 

Paul Cheng
A managing partner of a team of distinguished attorneys in Pasadena, California, Mr. Cheng has extensive legal experience in small to large business operations and commercial real estate transactions. He has counseled individuals and businesses at all levels in a variety of transactional and litigation matters, including contract, landlord-tenant, land use, employment, franchise law, fraud, identity-theft, business immigration, civil rights violations, products liability, trademark violation, construction defect and general torts.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Cheng was a Deputy City Attorney/City Prosecutor/Mediator with the City of Hesperia, California. He wants to bring his many years of professional, community, and educational experience to help the council solve these problems.
Mr. Cheng obtained a B.A. degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
Mr. Cheng was also a candidate for the 2010 Arcadia City Council. He is past President of the Arcadia Kiwanis Club (2007-2008). He has traveled extensively through Asia and is a frequent lecturer at the universities there. He was a guest lecturer at Beijing University's School of International Studies. He is fluent in Mandarin.

Frank Lay has been associated with At Your Service® and the Law Office of Allen K. Brown full time since 1993. At Your Service® has provided eviction services to landlords and property management companies since 1986. Mr. Lay has processed literally thousands of evictions under every imaginable scenario. He is experienced in cases for non payment of rent, termination of Section 8 tenancies, eviction after foreclosure, mobile home situations, rent control situations, commercial and residential tenancies as well as just about every other situation imaginable.



Tracy Kayser graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2004. She began to clerk for an experienced, 40+ year Trusts and Estates attorney, Harry A. Olivar, in Los Angeles, who became a friend and mentor for five years. While working for Harry, after about two years, Tracy decided that she needed to litigate cases in order to gain a rounded and comprehensive understanding of the Law as well as developing needed skills in a Court of Law. For seven years, she litigated cases as an insurance defense attorney and in 2010 resigned as an associate from Fernandez & Lauby LLP located in Riverside, California to start her own law practice. 
In early 2010, Tracy felt lead to go back into the estate planning and probate fields and opened her own law office, Kayser Law Group, which is now Kayser Pahor, Attorneys LLP. She assists clients with estate preservation and planning as well as providing legal advice and services in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Conservatorships, and Trust/Probate Administration, Real Estate Matters, Landlord-Tenant issues. Tracy enjoys assisting individuals and families who need someone to navigate the legal waters and to walk with them as they make decisions related to estate planning, wealth preservation and more. She is known for her compassion and commitment to helping people and goes out of her way to help aging clients and families in need.
