Ginni is certified to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation courses including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Council Manager (CRB), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and multiple certification courses.
Ginni also served as Vice President, Leadership Development for an International Real Estate company where she created their agent and brokerage leadership curricula. She has written multiple courses on time management, business planning and goal setting, organizational efficiency and other programs for real estate agents, companies and small businesses.
