The activities at the GDC 2011 PlayStation Mixer and associated events (collectively referred to as “the Mixer”) may be filmed or photographed.
Please do not register for or attend the Mixer if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed. By registering for the Mixer(1) you agree that you at least 18 years of age; (2) you consent to being filmed or photographed while at the Mixer; (3) you grant to Sony Computer Entertainment America, its affiliates, agents and employees (“SCEA”) the right to use your likeness or image in connection with any video display, transmission or recording of the events at the Mixer in any media or any channel of distribution without compensation to you; and (4) you agree to release and discharge SCEA from any claims, actions and compensation arising out of the use of your likeness and image. You understand that SCEA is not required to use your likeness or image and that SCEA makes no representation that it will do so.
