Fran D’Ercole, M.D.
Anesthesiologist and Professor of Anesthesiology

Dr. D’Ercole graduated magna cum laude from Widener University and received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Drexel University. She completed her residency in anesthesiology at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. D’Ercole has given several presentations and authored various publications, including textbook contributions regarding management of the unanticipated difficult airway. She has 25 years of of clinical experience in major academic medical centers including North Carolina community private practice.

Kelly S. Brown
Attorney
Young Moore

Kelly focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice actions and Section 1983 civil rights claims. She advises and defends health care providers on matters involving medical malpractice, risk management and loss prevention, HIPAA and HI-TECH laws, licensure, and electronic medical records. Her experience includes handling appeals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and representing clients before the North Carolina Medical Board.
