New DOL OT Regulations
The Fair Labor Standards Act and who is entitled to OT in the workplace is changing in some fundamentals ways starting December 1, 2016. New regulations will impact employees who are entitled to OT due to regulatory changes impacting, among other things, the salary levels for being deemed exempt. This presentation will provide practical guidance on preparing for & implementing these changes in the workplace.
