About this Session:
Leaders are like athletes. Unbeatable confidence, concentration, and vision are essential for achieving peak performance. Yet, when the stakes get higher, fears that usually lie dormant begin to surface. On the field, fear may be a distraction that costs an amazing athlete a game. As a leader, it may distract you from following your gut instinct, which can translate to lost time, money, and resources. It may run through the underlying current of your organization expressing itself in the form of tension, silos, or productivity issues.
Indeed, 95 percent of decisions are made unconsciously. The question then becomes, are you automatically following your intuitive instinct, which leads to peak performance, or is there a limiting belief playing on auto-pilot without your realizing it?
In this interactive workshop, you will learn the importance of tapping your mind to to reach peak performance. You will also learn simple, fast, and powerful techniques you can use on the fly to stay centered and focused. Additionally, participants will receive an electronic copy of the live relaxing meditation recorded at the end of the workshop.
