Delectable Convection!

Get ready for some NKBA SoCal Fun!!! Grab an apron and have fun cooking summer appetizers at Dacor's new Factory Showroom and Training Center!  Experience hands-on training from a Le Cordon Bleu chef!  Then enjoy a delicious dinner cooked by Dacor's own Chef Stephen Hualde, trained at Le Cordon Bleu.

After dinner, Dacor's National Training Manager, Michael Davis, will present the CEU, "Cooking with Convection."  To round out the evening, Dacor will be raffling out a set of their Dacor cookware.  This will be a grand opportunity to network with colleagues, get your cooking game on, sharpen your prowess on convection, and walk away with new recipes to try at home.  You might even win the Dacor cookware!
