Registration Information

When you register for the 2015 Annual Meeting, you will be eligible to participate in daily breakfasts, all educational sessions, the welcome reception, the group dinner and the hospitality suite. Additional activities may require additional fees.

Registration fees for the 2015 Annual Meeting are as follows:

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS – Register by December 31
Single registration - $350.00
Couple registration - $600.00

After December 31, 2014
Single Registration - $400.00
Couple Registration - $700.00

***Deadline for registration is January 19, 2015.
No refunds for cancellations received after January 30, 2015.

The Westin Key West Resort & Marina is home to an environment that leaves guests feeling recharged and in balance.

Located in Key West Harbor just behind the resort, the marina is host to commercial vendors who offer a wide variety of water sports and excursions. Choose from tours like deep sea fishing, kayaking or eco tours, parasailing, snorkeling, sunset sailing, and more.

The room rate is $399.00 per night, plus 12.5% in state and local taxes. Based on availability, this rate will be available to you for three days prior to the event, as well as three days following.

Travel Information

Travel to Key West from the Pittsburgh area is possible via most major carriers, with convenient connections. The resort is approximately 2 miles from the airport and typical one-way taxi fares to the Westin are $25.00.
