Customer Service Certificate Program Course 1- Bellevue, WA 

August 21st Thursday  8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
August 22nd Friday        8:30 AM -12:00PM

This course focuses on communication skills for working with people in a positive, respectful , and cooperative manner characterized by a high level of professionalism and teamwork.

Class Fee $150

Attendees will receive a course workbook.
Lunch and refreshments on the first day and refreshments & snacks only on the second day.

.9 CEU's in OR  & ID
1.0 CEU's in WA 
will be awarded for the entire attendance of the class.

  • Listening Skills and Teamwork
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Assertive Responder Skills

 

The Custome Service Course is most effective when there are different utilities represented as well as a good mixture of field and office personnel.

Upon completion of the three course series participants will receive a Customer Service Certificate from AWWA. The courses can be taken in any order.
