It may sound strange to think of boundaries as a gift, but that is exactly what they are.  In the complexity of human relationships, boundaries don’t just protect congregants and rostered ministers from harm.  Boundaries also provide insight, clarity, and a framework within which healthy relationships can grow.  Boundaries are therefore an effective part of any rostered minister’s toolkit – an important resource in the development of the relationships that form Christian community and ministry.

 This workshop is presented by two pastors who currently serve congregations of the Florida-Bahamas Synod.  Along with video presentations, multiple resources will be shared which you can take back to your ministry site. Substantial time will also be given for group discussion, and open and honest conversation.

 The registration fee covers lunch, and all the resources that will be shared with participants.  Please advise of any food restrictions when you register.
