United Way Spring Allocations Review Panel VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 

Looking for volunteers to begin the important work of helping determine how United Way Campaign dollars will be invested in United Way Partner Agencies. LIVE UNITED!  For more information, visit our website www.unitedwaycoastalnc.org.

United Way invests donor contributions into health and human service programs that address the community's most pressing needs.  These programs improve education, strengthen families, promote health and healing and increase self sufficiency to help promote financial stability of low-income people and provide "safety net" for people in crisis.

TUESDAY, MAY 14     PROMOTING HEALTH AND HEALING        5:00-8:00PM   (Programs from the following agencies: Catholic Charities, HOPE Clinic, Promise Place, EPIC and Craven Co. Health Department Foundation)

TUESDAY, MAY 21     INCREASING SELF SUFFICIENCY               5:00-7:30PM   (Programs from the following agencies:  Religious Community Services, Phoenix House, Craven Literacy Council and Coastal Women's Shelter)

THURSDAY, MAY 23  STRENGTHENING FAMILIES                       5:00-7:30PM   (Programs from the following agencies:   Red Cross, Carteret Co. Domestic Violence Program, Coastal Pregnancy Care Center and Staff House Maternity Home
