Course Abstract:

Conflict is normal, ordinary, and routine. Conflict is an opportunity to learn, explore differences, engage in transformative colloquy, and learn new options for engagement, management, avoidance, and resolution. 

Course Objectives:

1. Learn to reduce instances of conflict. 
2. Learn to address conflict and embrace differences.
3. Learn to resolve conflict and create new receptivity to communication.
