Presenting: "Making Anger Your Ally "
This workshop will focus on styles of anger and their impact on perception. In addition, anger management techniques will be described, and preventative thinking will be discussed. Rage and anger will be explored as well as the power of choice.
Course Objectives:
- Participants will learn about styles of anger.
- Participant will learn anger management techniques.
- Participants will learn about redefining power.

This course meets the qualifications for 1 hour continuing education credit for MFT’s, LPCC’s, LEP’s, and/or LCSW’s required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), provider number - PCE5216.
This course meets the qualifications for 1 hour continuing education credit for addiction professionals required by the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC), provider number - 130835.
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP16424, for 1 contact hour. Sovereign Health Group has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6752.
Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Sovereign Health Group is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
