Sovereign Health Welcomes
Patrick Schonbachler, Psy.D., HSPP
Presenting: "What works in Therapy"
This presentation examines the common factors underlying effective psychotherapy and brings the psychotherapist and the client-therapist relationship back into focus. Study after study concludes that psychotherapy works to improve the lives of the clients who seek help from professional therapists. Are there modalities that are more effective or is it specific common characteristics that promote mental and emotional healing? The goal of this presentation is to explore this debate.
