What is the Galveston Bay Report Card?
The Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC), in collaboration with the Galveston Bay Foundation, released the Galveston Bay Report Card in August 2015. The goal of the Report Card is to promote the conservation of Galveston Bay’s natural resources and to increase public participation in the creation of and support for management strategies that protect the bay.
