Commercial Food Waste Diversion Roundtable 

Diverting food waste from landfills not only extends the life of those landfills, but it takes something usually considered a waste and produces a resource (through composting). This process also decreases the amount of methane emissions from landfills, another added benefit from food waste diversion.
