Join us for the Parks and Natural Areas Roundtable Field Trip on Friday, May 13, for a tour of Clear Creek Nature Center, 1220 Egret Bay Blvd N, League City. We will learn more about the nature center and League City's award-winning Outdoor Education Initiative project. We will meet at the nature center at 9 a.m.

The Parks and Natural Areas Roundtable serves as a forum for discussion of issues related to parks and natural areas and promotes the annual Parks and Natural Areas Award Program. The Roundtable facilitates information exchange and planning efforts between various stakeholders and collaborators to protect and preserve parks and natural areas across the region.

The Roundtable meets the second Monday of March, July, and September, with field trips in the spring and fall and an awards recognition ceremony in February. The group is open to anyone interested in participating.
