In this workshop we'll talk about what you need to do to ensure your business is successful. Surrounding yourself with the right support people, understanding the pitfalls of businesses, and understanding the components of a good business plan. We'll also discuss the importance of finding the right mentor.

Larry Nelson is a Certified SCORE Mentor and Volunteer for SCORE Dallas. Having worked with two fortune 100 companies as their HR manager, Larry has learned the in's and out's of what a company needs to hold people accountable. It starts with infrastructure and ends with communications. Larry continues working with small businesses through his coaching and consulting business. Having received an advanced degree in Organization change he has learned that communications is the real key to holding people accountable but the way to formally achieve success is to make sure you build the appropriate infrastructure to support your needs.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees.
All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.
CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO: Jenny Day at ch.admin0120@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
