In this comprehensive workshop, you will learn how to claim and optimize your Google My Business listing.  This will include how to add rich content and generate reviews for greater engagement with your potential customers.  We'll also show you how to understand the analytics generated and what it means to the success of your overall strategy. You will gain an understanding of the overall importance of optimizing your Google My Business listing and how to make your existing listing even better!

With over 5 years of online marketing experience, Sydney is very knowledgeable about how to leverage the internet and social media to improve how your business shows up online to attract more customers.  She will also share successful strategies to gain more consumer reviews and best practices on how to respond, even if they are not all positive. As a  consultant for RevLocal, Sydney is appreciative of the opportunity she has every day to be able to connect with local businesses and not only offer them the services of RevLocal but, in turn, create relationships within her community as well. 

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees. 

All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.  

CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO: Jenny Day at ch.admin0120@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
