In this workshop we will discuss what you need to know to negotiate a lasting and equitable solution to any problem. Effective negotiating requires the understanding of the problem and the needs of the other side. Learn how you can create the end of a negotiation that works for all parties involved!

Michael Booth is a certified SCORE mentor and volunteer. Michael has knowledge in Product Management, Franchise ownership, Automotive manufacturing, Start-ups and Mental health counseling. His area of expertise is in Business Strategy & Planning, Manufacturing & Product Development and Sales, Marketing & Public Relations. He also has industry experience in Home or Personal Maintenance Services, Manufacturing & Industrial and Health Care & Social Assistance. Michael has a BA in Psychology Stanford University along with an MBA from Oregon State University and a MA Counseling from Amberton University.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees. 

All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.  

CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO: Jenny Day at ch.admin0120@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
