Join with other successful 6 to 7-figure Shopify businesses and how you can implement ideas for growing your business. As the Director of Operations (COO) or CEO of your Shopify based business, you know that your company's success is largely dependent on its ability to grow effectively.
How do you make sure your Shopify store doesn't stall with growth? There are many things you could be doing to move in the right direction. Join this conversation to learn about what's working in the market with other successful 6-to-7-figure Shopify businesses and how you can implement those ideas in your business.
In this workshop, Mo will discuss:
- How to automate or outsource simple processes, like customer support or social media management, to free up more time for your staff and get them to focus on what really moves the needle.
- How to optimize your Shopify store by hiring developers, ad agencies, and experts to increase your sales by 30% or more.
- How to identify the RIGHT team members for the right tasks to scale effectively.

Mo Hossain is a Workshop Presenter volunteer for SCORE and an expert in Business Data Analytics and Website Optimization. Mo worked in NYC and London with international companies for several years, where he helped major retailers, media and technology companies make sure their customers were having a great user experience. After working as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Software Developer and DevOps Engineer, he decided to open up his own business, Data Up, to help small and medium size businesses understand their data and create a better online experience so their customers keep coming back.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees.
All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.
CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO: Jenny Day at ch.admin0120@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
