Jenny Day, SCORE Workshop Coordinator
Fort Worth - Chapter 120

Advanced Shopify

*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom*

Join with other successful 6 to 7-figure Shopify businesses and how you can implement ideas for growing your business. As the Director of Operations (COO) or CEO of your Shopify based business, you know that your company's success is largely dependent on its ability to grow effectively.

How do you make sure your Shopify store doesn't stall with growth? There are many things you could be doing to move in the right direction. Join this conversation to learn about what's working in the market with other successful 6-to-7-figure Shopify businesses and how you can implement those ideas in your business.

In this workshop, Mo will discuss:

  • How to automate or outsource simple processes, like customer support or social media management, to free up more time for your staff and get them to focus on what really moves the needle.
  • How to optimize your Shopify store by hiring developers, ad agencies, and experts to increase your sales by 30% or more.
  • How to identify the RIGHT team members for the right tasks to scale effectively.
