This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and The Wisconsin Sleep Society. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 The AMA Council on Medical Education mandates that accredited providers only offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™to physicians. Non-physicians will be provided a letter of attendance indicating the number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™awarded for the sessions they attended.

 Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit for Physicians

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

 Continuing Education Credit (CECS) For Sleep Technologists

This activity has been approved by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine for a maximum of 15.50 AASM CECs. Individuals should only claim those credits earned as a result of this activity.

 Physician Assistant (PA) Credit

PAs may claim a maximum of 15.50 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society. 

Nurse Practitioner (NP) Credit
NPs may claim a maximum of 15.50 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME. Individuals are responsible for checking with the AANPCB for further guidelines. 

Technologist Continuing Education (CEC)
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) will offer AASM Continuing Education Credits (CECs) to sleep technologists who attend the 2021 Wisconsin Sleep Society Virtual Conference. A maximum of 15.50 credits will be awarded. 

 Letter of Attendance

Individuals who are not eligible for any type of continuing education credits offered at this meeting may receive a letter of attendance outlining the number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ designated for the sessions they attend at the 2021 Wisconsin Sleep Society Virtual Conference.
