Thinking about starting your own nonprofit (NFP)?  Already working in a NFP?  NFPs contribute a great deal to the wellbeing of a community but the road to success isn’t easy.  Many NFPs struggle to meet their missions with relevant programs and adequate funding.  This workshop offers you the opportunity to learn from your colleagues as well as from a NFP specialist.  You will leave with actionable ideas for your NFP.

Topics include:

  • Funding and how to access it
  • Optimizing boards
  • Logical frameworks for programs
  • Evaluating programs and the organizational functions
  • External communication
