Cancellation Policy

Occasionally, unforseeable work demands prevent registrants from attending this event, even though they have registered. In such instances, it is essential that the registrant CANCEL their registration in writing. Cancellations must be directed to: Sharon Biehl at sbiehl@azdor.gov. Registering for but not attending the conference is not a form of cancellation.

• Cancellations received on or before September 14, 2016 will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations received September 15-25, 2016 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. In instances where payment is outstanding, you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after September 26, 2016.
