The Legal Cafe: Legal Entities for Micro-Business

Learn how to best structure your business. You will walk away with an understanding of the difference between an LLC, corporation, and general partnership, the costs associated with each, and the basics you need to know in order to protect and grow your company. It also covers co-ops and benefit corporations.

Provided by Legal Services for Entrepreneurs, these workshops are geared to simplify the legal languages. Each of these workshops are run by experts in their fields.
