Start Smart (Marin)

In this class you will define your dream, create a mission statement and start the planning process. You’ll work with a business plan canvas, as you begin to get your ideas down on paper. We use the canvas to make it easy for you to refine, adjust and change to meet the needs of your market. The canvas can be used as a Visual Business Plan that can be adjusted as you delve into your research and can then be incorporated into a traditional business plan at the end of the series, if you wish to write one.
