Performance by Guest Artist Karina Brazas

Soprano Karina Brazas, recently praised for her “reassuring, mellow voice that floated well,” is known for imparting unusual depth of color and warmth in the light lyric and soubrette repertoire. Ms. Brazas made her main stage debut at Central City Opera as Kitty Hart in Jake Heggie’s Dead Man Walking and has given multiple performances throughout the Midwest at various Opera Houses. Ms. Brazas has won multiple awards from the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, including representing Nebraska at the 2014 Regional level.
