The pandemic continues to impact the workplace in unprecedented ways and has presented an ever evolving set of challenges to business owners. This webinar will provide leadership strategies on how to manage your team and communicate effectively during uncertain times. This includes best practices on maintaining productivity, building resilience and increasing collaboration in the workplace during COVID. The SBA will discuss resources, loans and programs available to assist small businesses.

About the Speakers

Janelle Green from the SBA’s Sacramento District Office economic development team will deliver the presentation. Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small businesses and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.

Bob Lamvik is an Executive Committee Member of SCORE Capital Corridor and was awarded 2020 Mentor of the year. He is a semi-retired CEO, while still working with a number of advisory boards and doing executive coaching. His background has primarily been Silicon Valley based technology firms, startups through IPO. He also has significant international experience.
