An insurance claims investigation is riddled with many different challenges. Whether it be confirming the correct insured person is being filmed, or determining when a photo on social media was actually taken versus uploaded, questions and confusion arise all the time. The problem is, most of that could be mitigated if not outright eliminated if more people considered a case from multiple approaches instead of just one.

What this session hopes to reveal is how attacking an investigation from several angles simultaneously will yield the best claims results. What will also become apparent is that the ability to conduct concurrent investigations on one case is only possible with adequate resources. Transmission of actionable information in a timely manner that informs decisions on what residence to set-up at for surveillance, or what questions to pose in an interview, is the result of an infrastructure harnessing cutting-edge technology and techniques to provide effective results. With real-life examples demonstrating the effects a multi-pronged approach to cases can have, the need to understand the essential elements of an investigation should become obvious.
