An Evening for Moms with ADHD: Small Steps Towards a More Peaceful Home
When a parent and a child both have ADHD, increased stress in the home environment can be difficult to avoid. The degree of organization that is required to keep your home running smoothly can be overwhelming.
Lisa K. Woodruff, author of “How ADHD Affects Home Organization”, will join us to share her knowledge about how organization is a skill that can be learned.
Participants will gain insight into how to help children with ADHD take ownership of their environment, learn organizing skills, and create organizing routines that WORK!
