Mayor's Luncheon - Thursday May 18th, 2023.
Your West Lincoln Chamber of Commerce is very pleased to be able to bring to you this important and popular community event...The Mayor's Luncheon. Date is Thursday May 18th. Registration at 11:30am. Event begins at noon, with lunch served and event will finish at 1:30pm. We hope you will join us with Mayor Cheryl Ganann.
Mayor Ganann will speak to her first 6 months in office as well as moving forward,...building a community for all that is supportive, inviting and welcoming.
We have many generous businesses in our community who have sponsored this event. We are sincerely appreciative of their support.
This event will be located at our member's business venue, Gizio Recreation and Banquet Centre. You'll be served a delicious chicken parmesan meal with all the trimmings, dessert, coffee/tea, and a special "welcome shimmer drink" upon arrival. There will also be a vegan / vegetarian meal option if required. Just advise Denise of your preference by e-mail, after you register,and your special order will be managed. Please note pricing includes hst. Our cancellation policy will be in effect as we have to pay the venue for the people who have registered. If it is necessary for you to cancel, please do so via e-mail, no later than Friday May 12th noon. We appreciate your understanding of this requirement.
Preferred payment to attend this event is by e-transfer, no later than May 12th please. E-transfer to be set up with our e-mail address, denise@westlincolnchamber.com . No password is needed. It is set up as an RBC auto deposit. Cheque or exact cash payment can still be accepted prior to event or at the door if need be. A receipt will be provided upon request. Thank you.
