Join the River Center in welcoming Barron Moody, FWC Regional Fisheries Administrator for his presentation on Friday, May 5th. His topic entitled "Freshwater Fisheries Management and the Community" will discuss the way in which the Fisheries Management team impacts and benefits our community, not just fisherman. Prior to the lecture a light lunch will be served.

Barron has worked with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for 15 years in South Florida. Prior to this he worker at various organizations like the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Everglades National Park through AmeriCorps and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. His educational background includes attending the College of Wooster in Ohio and the University of Tennessee.
