Home Sweet Hope for Christmas

The Gala Comes to Your Screen!

Home Sweet Hope for Christmas has been adjusted for viewing from home.  This is a one-time airing on Zoom and the app is required (download it for free).

Alcove has been helping women turn their lives around and break the cycle of addiction, abuse and mental health distress.  2020 has proven to be a difficult year, and your support is needed now more than ever.  Alcove's tight budget has, for a long time, depended annually on our signature fundraising events and we hope that you will join us this year virtually to support those in your community.

The Huron Carole:  Famous for storytelling, and his love of Christmas, Tom Jackson - and fellow musicians – perform seasonal favourites under the bright lights of a professional stage.

Mystery Gifts:  Ticket holders will have the option to purchase a "mystery gift" that will be delivered to your home (or you can have it delivered to a friend) and we will open them together as a group LIVE on Zoom between 7:00 and 7:30pm.  These gifts are containing items from local vendors giving us the opportunity to showcase some incredible businesses from right here in Calgary.  One lucky gift will contain a "golden ticket" making the ticket holder our grand prize winner!

There are only 50 gifts available, and the deadline to order is December 3, so be sure to get yours while they last.

Looking to buy ten tickets or more?  Email Joanna - joanna.pariseau@gmail.com for the promo code to receive a 10 percent discount.

Tickets are $25 (viewing for one); or $100 (viewing for one) and a mystery gift.

“This Christmas season is going to be different from any other, and it’s going to require us — as individuals and as a society — to look even more inside ourselves for a light of optimism…a silver lining…we must treasure that light and hang onto that silver lining with all our might.”
