Transformation is not an event, not a predictable, time-certain occurrence. Rather, it is a process, a journey, un-rushed and un-intimidated by time. Nevertheless, transformation is discernible. Eyes can see it in one's changed behavior and expression. Ears can hear transformation in one's language and in the tone and inflection of one's voice. Transformation can be felt in the spirit generated and the warmth that draws persons together and causes the chill of indifference to flee.
When transformative leadership is at work, imagination is freed, boundaries are expanded, and dreams are unfettered and realized. When transformative leadership is operative, authority is not imposed but is derived internally, from those participants, partners and investors, who are personally engaged. When transformative leaders are at the helm, power is generated synergistically, creating a sum greater than its aggregate parts. Power is mutually conceived and mutually shared for the good of the many and not just for the few.
Zion awaits transformed and transformative leaders who are fortified in the faith and focused on the future. Join us as we journey from the status-quo into the newness that Transformative Leadership offers. Register today!
