Our need for connectivity has evolved from our notebook, tablet and cellphone, to the thermostat, coffee maker, our car; it's boundless.  Moreover, the connections are increasing at a staggering rate.

In the minute that it took you to read to this point, 7,489 more devices were connected to the internet, that's a remarkable 328,000,000 each month.  It will not be long before the Internet of Things (IoT), it will be the Internet of Everything.

The likelihood that any of us will be the victim of a data breach, dare I say ... again, increases in step with the number of digital connections we make.  It's only logical.  The ease with which so many surrender to entice, is not.  Yet the march continues.
