14 Hours of COPE Approved CE

ABOUT OUR MEETING

Please join us online from Friday, November 6 to Sunday, November 8 for a special weekend during which you can earn 14 hours of COPE Approved continuing education credits and support organized optometry in Georgia.

The GOA Fall All-Star Weekend promises to deliver an exceptional educational experience for our doctors. For our low registration fees attendees will receive:
  • Friday Kick-off CE by Melton & Thomas 
  • GOA Legislative Updates and GOA Awards Presentation
  • Saturday and Sunday CE by All-Star Lecturers
  • Raffles, Door Prizes, and Interactive Sessions with your Colleagues
Be a Fall All-Star Practice - For $100, your practice will be featured in the digital conference booklet and recognized during the conference. We invite you to sign your practice up to be a sponsor and show your support for the work of our great association. Contact Vanessa at the GOA office for more information. 

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES AND EVENTS:  As speakers and lecture topics are confirmed the schedule will be updated.

EDUCATION & POLICIES

  •  There will be a total of 14 hours of COPE Approved CE offered at our GOA Fall All-Star CE event.
     
  • The Georgia Optometric Association (GOA) follows the COPE Standards of 50 minutes of lecture allots for 1-hour of continuing education credit.

  • The GOA will monitor the log time for all those registered for the CE. Log-in/Log-out time will be verified to ensure that registered attendees have met State Board regulations and COPE requirements to receive their CE Certificate of Attendance.

  • Attendees will receive their certificate via Online and OE Tracker Credits it will be submitted to ARBO on your behalf if applicable.

  • Q & A will be available throughout the CE, additional Q & A time at the conclusion of the lecture will not count as lecture time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be no refunds given for our Virtual Event. The registration fees are such that attendees can view any or all CE offered throughout the weekend that they choose.
