In this workshop you'll learn what social media is and how to use it, what you can and can't do with each platform, as well as the uses for each one. Terrific for companies that want to get their feet wet in social media but don't know which platforms to use. Includes the pros and cons of each one and which ones work best for what kind of markets, B2B and B2C. You'll learn what's new, what's hot and what has changed in the past year and  the importance of using and creating a content calendar.
