EXHIBITOR PRICING

EACH 10' x 10' booth space is $2,000 for RCAT and/or MRCA Members and $2,500 for NON-members. ONLY RCAT & MRCA Members are able to purchase three (3) or more 10' x 10' booth spaces. Four (4) or more 10' x 10' spaces purchased together are discounted (see details in registration form).

Each 10' x 10' booth space includes two (2) badges for booth personnel. Additional badges for each person are $40 each. Tickets to MRCA's Young Contractors Council (YCC) Fundraiser Welcome Party and the RCAT and/or MRCA Annual Business and Awards Luncheon are not included with the purchase of exhibit space but they may be purchased during registration or prior to the event.

INSTALLATION & DISMANTLE
Displays may be set up starting on Tuesday September 27, 2022: Large equipment and islands only will be loaded 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM with a prior reservation for early move in. All others from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Setup time on Wednesday September 28, 2022 is from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM. All exhibits must be set and ready before the Trade Show Grand Opening at 1:00 PM. The convention center cannot accept shipments in advance; all shipments must be coordinated with Freeman Decorating (214) 634-1463. Dis-mantle of displays may commence AFTER 2:00 PM on Thursday September 29, 2022 and must be completed by 6:00 PM. Early dismantle constitutes a breach of contract and requires the exhibitor to pay for the distraction to the exhibits (See Exhibitor Brochure for Rules and Regulations).
