The Truth about the Millennial Generation

As every new generation enters the workforce there are a new set of values, mindsets and behaviors that are the hallmark of that group, the same is true for the millennial generation.  Reportedly, employers are baffled about how to motivate and lead their freshest young talent.  But is the hype about millennials warranted? Or is it just a natural cycle of change and growth?

Christy Shell, owner of Zeal Coaching for Life and Career, will offers us the opportunity to seek to understand the tension and the bridges between the generations. First by sharing her insight to working with both supervisors and young professionals, Christy will then facilitate an open conversation with a panel of young professionals as we find out the truth and myths about millennials.
