Would you like to learn more about inclusive leadership to add to your toolbox? In this session, participants will be able to identify their strengths as a leader and learn other tools to increase their leadership skills. The facilitation team from our local NCCJ organization will be joined by a local nonprofit who will share their experience in building these critical skills and the results it’s had on their organization.
